Cedars-Sinai HR Services Coordinator in United States

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

The HR Coordinator supports and contributes to the achievement of established Human Resources (HR) goals for one or more lines of business (LOB) under the direction of the HR Manager. The HR Coordinator will support strategic goals and provide HR administrative support to the HRBP's and interface with the Center of Excellence teams (COE's) to support relevant strategic goals consistent with policies and regulatory requirements.

Supports administrative functions to include developing communications, conducting research and generating and analyzing reports within the lines of business (LOB) to support strategic initiatives.

Coordinates the processing of HR initiatives through the monitoring of time lines, developing and organizing information and executing assigned tasks accurately.

Collaborates with HRBP and/or client groups to coordinate, facilitate and manage HR programs for the LOB .

Interprets HR specific policies and procedures, collective bargaining agreements (CBA), best practices and guidelines and demonstrates cross functional knowledge of the COE's.

Routes inquiries to appropriate levels of the organization.

Conducts analysis and provides cross functional recommendations to support the LOB's goals which may include compensation reviews, initial investigation prep and performance management

Maintains data integrity of files and documents in established databases or filing system. Supports continuous improvement efforts by participating in activities and projects that promote positive employee engagement.

Provides education, training and development support for managers and employees.

Triages inquiries generated from the Shared Services Center's, client groups and other external customers.

Assist HRBP and HR leadership with acquisitions, affiliates and other business partners. Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:

High School or GED equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

License/Certification/registration Requirements:

PHR/SPHR - Professional in Human Resources/Sr. Professional in Human Resources

Experience:

Min 2 years, Administrative support preferably in an HR related capacity

Physical Demands

Up to 25% traveling office buildings on or off campus to include other cities.
