Summary of Essential Job Duties:

The Women's Guild Simulation Center is a high profile Educational, Research and Technology offering worked class educational facilities. The Front Desk Team Member is a key position in the center and is the first point of contact. do you have the ability to deal with large number of learners on a daily basis? Do you always have an ability to provide optimal customer service? If you're a great communicator and are committed to providing excellent customer service, this position could be for you. We are looking for a team members who can greet learners at the reception desk, direct calls and inquiries and ensure each and every visitor is registered. You must be able to communicate well, and have an ability to use computer system to input information and provide basic reports.Educational Requirements:

*High School graduate or equivalent preferred. English speaking, spelling, grammar & simple math skills equivalent to high school level required. Course & work

experience in communications, public content, book-keeping, business machines and correspondence.

*Must possess a minimum computer competency compromised od a working knowledge of Windows or a comparable system (specifically including keyboarding and

mouse skills). Must additionally possess a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation development, E-mail browsers and on-line reporting.

*Ability to type 45 to 50 WPM.

*Experience demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks frequently with short time-lines, to prioritize and organize work, and to complete assignments in a timely

and accurate manner.

*Knowledge and understanding of the organization, functions, policies and procedures of the department,a nd the inter-relationship with other departments.

*Ability to interact effectively with directors, managers, internal staff, physicians, high-profile guests/donors, patients, and representatives of public agencies and


*Excellent communication and customer service skills.


Customer Service Experience is beneficial

Physical Demands:

Prolonged sitting, walking and standing for periods of time, daily use of computer devices, and lifting of items no more than 10lbs.
