As a Registered in Post-Partum:

  • You will assume the responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care.

  • You will make clinical judgements and carry out related intervention using the nursing process without supervision.

  • You will apply clinical knowledge regarding standard pattern of care to consolidate interventions for time and cost savings.

  • You will demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements in patient assignment making, delegation of tasks, and documentation.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

  • Valid California CA RN license

  • American Heart Association BCLS

Educational Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree- Science in Nursing- state accredited program

Experience:

  • Nine or more acute care experience required. Obstetrical/Neonatal experienced preferred.
