Cedars-Sinai Management Assistant III - Patient Financial Services in Los Angeles, California
As a Management Assistant III for Patient Financial Services, you will coordinate all administrative and business systems for Patient Financial Services (PFS) and Compliance and Revenue Integrity (CRI).
Your primary responsibilities will consist of calendar management and coordination for two Executive Directors along with coordinating all administrative activities of the office. This position will require strong Excel abilities as you will be tasked with report preparation.
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
•Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
•At least four years of progressively responsible office and administrative experience, such experience demonstrating ability to independently establish and administrate office procedures to include business practices and procedures in fields such as customer/client service, payroll, human resources, purchasing, accounting and accounts payable.
•Demonstrated leadership ability to establish intradepartmental administrative systems and achieve orderly, accurate and timely work flow from underlying offices and units. Ability to lead and motivate staff.
•Demonstrated ability to compose letters, policies, procedures, statements and reports on own initiative; ability to organize complex statistical and narrative reports, charts and exhibits into a complete document suitable for publication and distribution.
•Must possess a minimum computer competency comprised of a working knowledge of Windows or comparable system. Must additionally possess a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, browsers and on-line reporting.
•Ability to interact effectively with directors, managers, patients, internal staff and representatives of outside agencies.
•Experience demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks frequently with short time-lines, to prioritize and organize work and to complete work in a timely, accurate manner.
