As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) developer, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement Cedars-Sinai’s vision of a patient-centric digital platform. You will work closely with web and mobile developers, product and content managers and technical project managers to show case Cedars-Sinai programs and services.
You have a successful track record of working with the Adobe digital suite (AEM, Target, Search and Promote). You have superior communication and organization skills and able to handle competing priorities. You work well with a diverse team and are able to contribute beyond your core area of expertise.
•Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, templates and components
•Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases
•Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.Skill Set and Experience:
•Minimum 3 years of development experience with Adobe AEM (6.0 and later required; AEM 6.3 is a plus)
•Minimum of 5 years of J2EE programming experience required. Knowledge of Sling, Spring and Struts or other MVC frameworks.
•Minimum of 7 years of software development experience
•Integration experience of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM
•Development experience with Adobe Target a huge plus
•Integration experience of RESTful or SOAP-based web services with AEM
•Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
•Experience with secure coding practices
•Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment.
•Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns
•Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment
•Experience with web and application servers, such as Apache and Tomcat
•Exposure to open-source technologies
•Experience building, deploying and supporting Internet-facing applications
•Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
