Cedars-Sinai Project Manager, Government Incentives in Beverly Hills, California
Job Posting: Primary responsibilities include serving as the Government Incentives Project Manager for various special programs and strategic initiatives designed to improve the quality of service, care and efficiency delivered, with a strong focus on government incentive programs that intersect with finance, operations, and other areas. Programs include the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Payment Program under the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) and any future evolving government incentive programs. Primary responsibilities will include serving as a liaison and coordinator between Cedars-Sinai Medical Network’s senior management, physicians and office staff for special programs and projects, including spending time “in the field” and providing timely responses to questions from physicians, staff and management. Responsibilities will also include managing various projects, research and analysis, performing data reconciliations, collaboration with operational and technical teams in other departments, preparing deliverables and presentations to stakeholders, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks as necessary. Proactively manage projects by using critical thinking skills to anticipate project tasks and needs. Prepare deliverables (slides, charts, and tables, etc.) for special reports, presentations, and informational requests. Assist with the identification, retrieval, manipulation, and analysis of data necessary to make decisions to support programs. Distribute, track, manage and follow-up on action items for multiple projects. Conduct and summarize research in support of various programs and disseminate findings. Effectively communicate results to stakeholders. Assist management and executive staff with other special projects and functions as necessary. Lead meetings and presentations for management team, physicians and staff. Take meeting notes and prepare materials for meetings. Data entry Perform normative administrative duties efficiently such as printing, faxing, scanning, and compiling documents. Other duties as assigned.
Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities Bachelor’s degree required, and Master’s degree strongly preferred, in a healthcare or related field of study.
•Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a healthcare setting
